SELECTION CRITERIA

• Artistic merit as evidenced by submitted images.
• Professional qualifications or record of artistic achievement as evidenced by resumé and professional recognition
• Proven experience as part of a design team.
• Record of successful completion of art projects of similar scale and scope
• Availability and willingness to meet regularly with Clark Condon Associates, Houston Midtown Management District and Cultural Arts Council as required.
• Verification of submittal information and reference review by Cultural Arts Council staff.
