Wastewater Operations Testing Laboratory (10500 Bellaire Blvd.)

The suite of artworks by MANUAL (Ed Hill and Suzanne Bloom) included in this design included a video piece, several computer-enhanced photographic works, specialized signage and a decorative paving inlay.  The works were centered on the theme AQUA PROFUNDA EST QUIETA ("still waters run deep").
