Eligibility:

This project is open to professional artists with significant planning and community facilitation experience and excellent portfolios; students are not eligible. Applications can be submitted individually or in collaboration with others. City of Houston, Houston Downtown Association, Cultural Arts Council, Civic Art Committee, Municipal Art Commission, staff, organizational members, board members and their families, as well as selection panelists and their family members, are excluded from applications to this project.
