Eligibility

This project is open to Houston-based professional artists; students are not eligible.  Applications can be submitted individually or in collaboration with others.  Houston Parks Board, City of Houston and Cultural Arts Council staff and their family members, as well as selection panelists and their family members, are excluded from applying for this opportunity.
